Warranty Obligations and Conditions for Alloy Wheels
Each DISLA alloy wheel guarantees quality and safety, confirmed by a type certificate.
The company guarantees that, under proper use, the alloy wheel will not alter its consumer properties or technical characteristics. As a leading European brand and national manufacturer, DISLA offers a unique warranty package for the Ukrainian market.
Warranty Period from the Date of Sale*:
- 2 years on the paint coating
- 5 years on the construction
*In the absence of documents confirming the sale, the warranty period is calculated from the date of manufacture of the alloy wheel. The month and year of production are indicated on the alloy wheel.
Additional Option: Purchase of an INSURANCE CERTIFICATE!
The certificate covers any damage to the wheel or your desire to replace the wheels with new ones. You can insure a minimum of one set of wheels — 4 pieces.
What is required:
Purchase of Insurance
- Purchase the insurance certificate for DISLA brand wheels.
Occurrence of an Insured Event
- Any damage to the wheel or your wish to replace the wheels with new ones.
Contact the Manufacturer of DISLA Wheels
- Call +38 (044) 580 33 33 and inform the manager about the insurance case, providing the insurance certificate number. You will receive an invoice and pay only 50% of the cost of a new wheel.
Return of Old Wheels
- Send the old wheels to the DISLA factory.
Receiving New Wheels
- After receiving your payment and the old wheels, the manufacturer will send you new wheels.
The insurance certificate is valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.
If original wheels are unavailable at the time of the request, the manufacturer offers a replacement with wheels of similar characteristics that are in stock. A minimum of one set of 4 wheels can be insured.
Warranty Details (Return and Exchange Conditions for Wheels):
1. You have the right to refuse the product or exchange it for a similar one at any time before it is delivered, and within 14 days after delivery without providing a reason (according to Article 9 of the Ukrainian Law on “Consumer Protection”). The appearance of the wheels and packaging must remain intact.
2. You can return or exchange new wheels by contacting us using the details provided on our official website, www.disla.ua. Please note, the cost of delivery will be deducted from the refund when returning wheels, as this service is non-refundable.
3. When returning or exchanging, the wheels must be in their original packaging, in perfect condition, and complete with all accessories: fasteners, centering rings, and caps (if included).
4. The wheels must be free of defects in the paintwork, any signs of mounting, or traces of bolts (or nuts).
5. Wheels will only be accepted with a proof of purchase.
Warranty does not apply to wheels that:
- Were damaged or lost their appearance due to non-compliance with the requirements in this manual (e.g., exceeding the permissible load, using inappropriate fastening parts or torque, not performing a pre-mounting check, etc.).
- Were deformed as a result of falling during transportation.
- Have damage caused by improper tire fitting, balancing, or installation.
- Were used in sports competitions, racing, etc.
- Have damage or deformation due to a car accident, hitting a pothole, or extensive off-road driving.
- Underwent any modifications, treatments (including mechanical, thermal), welding, etc.
- Were repainted outside the manufacturing company.
- Have damage to the paintwork, such as chips from stone impacts, scraping against curbs, using snow chains (attached to the wheel), mounting ballast weights (damage to paintwork), chemical burns, etc.
- Were cleaned with active chemicals or abrasives.
